Chiropractor, Adventurer, Scholar

Dr. Benn Drysdale, DC

I am an outdoor adventurer with a passion for fog shrouded forests, sleepy coastal coves, finding the easiest way to climb up the hardest cliff, good wind and sunshine.  I also happen to be a chiropractor, with the sole mission of returning you to health so you can partake in your own passions.

Dr. Benn Drysdale is a lively, open, good natured and intrinsically driven athlete/Chiropractor with a ready smile and a hearty laugh.

Growing up in the small mountain town of Golden, BC as an avid outdoorsman, My educational career has been intimately connected with sport and health since I began my Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Calgary in 2008.  An undying curiosity and passion for the human body and all its facets in health then led me to pursue a Doctorate of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College; graduating in 2015 with noted clinical excellence and community involvement. While excelling within the program, My intrinsic drive for knowledge and learning drove me to seek further education in certificate programs from the Motion Palpation Institute, the Mindfulness Institute of Toronto, the Trigenics Institute, and the Titleist Performance Institute.

While I enjoys every opportunity to aid in care and education, my passions lie in the treatment of muscular and spinal conditions. I particularly enjoy working with low back pain, neck pain, headaches, dizziness, TMJ disorders, as well as sport-specific treatment for climbers, skiers and triathletes.  In addition to these areas, I immensely enjoy treating and educating on chronic pain conditions, sport performance nutrition, healthy aging, and treatment of osteoarthritis.

I am often spotted doing an eclectic array of sports including Ironman triathlon, trial running, rock climbing, mountain biking, and kitesurfing. When I'm not engaged with work or sport, I like to educate on various health conditions and stay active as an athletics coach. I also make a stellar cup of tea, which I enjoy while reading, and re-reading, Bill Waterson's Calvin and Hobbes.
